Integration is a highly valuable unit in a matter of good prospering team, and in the aspect of whole results of the company. It is obvious that activities which are focus on making the team more cohesive are needed in order to build a very well operating company. The problem occurs when the boss of the company face the challenge to organize such an activity. Fortunately there are a plenty of ideas to organize the best integration party which will be the most effective in the group. First of all it must be decided if the integration is about to be less or more active in its form.
Survival running for integration
Survival running is a very great form of integration for groups where typical day at work is mostly sitting in front of the computer with a tone of paper work. The reason why this is a good form of integration is simple, because during such a run it is crucial to help each other in the conditions which are far from typical ones occurring in workplace. Survival running has more profits than only integration, it needs to face people’s personal limits. What may be a very essential for the boss of the company or that group is the possibility to see the real power of the character of the workers, and also while survival running it is easy to observe who likes to be in charge in a difficult situations and who is more likely to work with whom. All of these aspects observed by the boss may be very useful for the company. This kind of activity makes the sense of equality among the group, because it does not matter if someone is a manager or a trainee because at the finish line they both will be exhausted and all in the mud and water, what may have a positive impact on atmosphere in the company.
Integration in the escape room
Another activity which is more clean and it does not need so much strength is a group visit in escape room. The rule is simple, group of a couple of people is locked inside the room, and in order to come out of it they must to co-operate to find results of a few mysteries covered inside the room. The aspect which make this kind of activity so useful in the matter of integration is the fact that it is very easy to observe who is involved the most and who is more likely to listen to the others, but the main concept is to co-operate in the most effective way it is possible to get out of the room as fast as possible. Similarly as in the case of survival running, an aspect of equality also occurs because sometimes it doesn’t matter who people are but who has better ability to solve the problem.
Integration is one of the main aspects in the company, because without a well integrated team there is almost no chance to run a well prosperous business. People are the organisms which need to know somebody better in order to trust him or her and to make a deeper relation which is a good factor in every day work. This is so important because people are a very complicated organisms and there is no possibility to know somebody enough only by simple small talk about the work assignments.
